Super Hotel O NAR Comforts Near KSR Railway station

It was an wanderfull Stay..we stay more the 10 day and they are so polite so helpful …but we facing little cleaning problem but other then that everything is good ….i .highly recommend guy

The hotel staff is really good and friendly; they come at just one call anytime you need them, and the services are pretty nice.

I feel that i should have never gone to this hotel. It was horrible stay. The roof top had seepages and it felt like godown. The bed was not clean. Never book room in this hotel. When asked for the ac remote thay did not provide me and the person in reception was not polite and he did not care about our issues.

As discussed they are not serving Breakfast after booking done with Breakfast, this is very bed experience

This is the most cheater hotel. Extreamly poor place. They are stealing money from people. Please avoid to book this place

2. Stay is clean but service from hotel end was not good. Ac very bad low cooling, annoying noice, glass are broken, no lock for room from inside not feeling safe for couples.

Rooms are clean & worth paying. However room service is ppor - didn't provide even a towel and tv was not functioning

Ro water is not available in hotels. Room cleaning facility not available daily. Food and tea facilities are not available in hotels. Geyser not working properly. Extra bed not provided on the first day.

I booked this hotel with 900Rs but while checkin receptionist asked to pay extra 300Rs . He was very rude to customers. The room was disappointed us because while entering the room it full of cigerette smell and smoke, Basic amenities like bath towel , bathsoap, water bottle are not available in the room. And there is no plates for having food. When I asked to the receptionist for this amenities, he replied this amenities are not given from the hotel. This hotel is not good. I have a request to the couple's & families didn't took room at this hotel

Tv has no settop box, ac is in repairing, thats why no ac, and not good bathroom also. Conjusted location. 22/6/89

The room was dirty and smelled very bad. The air conditioner was not working properly and the cooling was very low.

Very bad hotel to stay i have already pay extra money to brekfast but hotel is not given brekfast i never book this hotel again

I had changed my room 3 times

i have already requested for early check in as i had to attend a meeting. But the owner or manager he did not allowed and straight away denied. He told that for early check in i have to pay rs 300 more. After that a room with heavy water leakage in bathroom was provided to me. Its health fissat was in such a bad condition that if you are using it you are bound to bath with this. Ac was not working. When i complaint against this and requested to change the room he told me to come down and asked me to get my rs 300 back and check in at prescribed time. When i went for the same he denied and after around 30 minutes provided another room where bed sheet and comforter was very dirty and on primafacy it was clear that it was used. When i asked the cleaner he behaved me in such a way that he is the owner and i am residing there in free. Remote of set top box was not provided and after my request only it was provided but technical issues were there and those were not resolved. Towel and kits etc were not provided i had to go there and i could collect towel and soap only. At evening at the time of checkout hotel bill was not given to me. Only a kaccha bill of early check in was given. Hospitality was not good. I don't recommend this hotel

I am really trouble Only extra payment amount i am real trouble. Only extra payment. Don't worry i am booking next time direct to hotel. This is i am pad. Plus 400 extra paid hotel. Where discount Hotel is good no problem. Hotel is excellent rate of 5
