Booked a room for me and my daughter. She need a work space that is why we selected this room. But there were no work table and sitting area as shown in their description. They didn't change the bedspread during the stay. There were mo cable comnecion or wifi for T V . They asked us to use our own data to watch TV. water heater was not working from next day onwards. Room boys were nice and they brought hot water for bath each time from ground floor. Not providing facilities as they advertise.

when I entered into the room, I could sense that the bedsheet was not clean and could see few cochrocahes on the floor and bed so we immediately asked the receptionist for a different room, then they offered us another room but the bedsheet linen was not cleaned in the replacement room as well...so we vacated the hotel immediately and booked room in another nearby hotel as we were desparate for a room. we told the ss crown in hotel a day before our check-in time in the late evening but still they didn't have the room cleaned and ready to occupy

The stay was average since basic amenities like kettle coffee tea maker / brush toothpaste was not there.

Had a pleasant stay. My go to choice anytime i am in bengaluru. Convinently placed near majestic bus stand and metro station.

Its location is good with ample food joints nearby. It's near the main road, auto, taxis are easily available. The room was clean, and the bed and sheets were clean. Hot water was available late at night also. Service was good.

Rooms are clean and decent service, the bed is so comfortable and the staff is helpful to you if you need any help.

Room is smelling and small. No handwash in washroom no any facilities are available in this hotel, overall not good.

It was a good stay. Had a smart tv and an ac. Hot water worked perfectly fine. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy

The room was good however no parking area accessible to customers. Always had to wait till the hotel boy get the vehicle. Also no room service for changing bedsheets. Did not provide hot water as well for drinking when asked.

I am absolutely dissatisfied that hotel, because of when i am entering the room, they didn't changi old bedsheets and blankets, also ac remote not working, not clean in the toitet also.
