Room was very small compared to the discription and photos room cleaning was done but did not change the bed sheets and pillow cover they put the same used one and tv is available but only few unwanted channels

businessAir conditioning were not working, as i complained the receptionist said because outside is hot it will take little time to get cool, i didn't mind and i went to my work when i came back also it's seems same no cooling so again i complained they all the airconditioner were not not working whey they tried to move to another room they ask me to adjust i said i won't i paid full amount for air conditioning, when i ask the receptionist to call the authorities he said they won't take the call this time so i called makey trip complaint so they shifted me to another hotel as i have to pack all my stuff and walk to another hotel terrible experience
