Stayed in a single-person deluxe AC room, checked in at 2:20 AM for a one-day stay. No bottled water provided, only vague mention of some filter water kept somewhere in the room. The room had a strong smoke smell. The washroom was very small and extremely dim due to poor lighting. The toilet was placed right against the wall, making it very uncomfortable to use—unless you're Spiderman, it's nearly impossible to sit properly. There was a jug and two empty cups, possibly for the filter water, but nothing clear. I even offered to pay for a one-hour extension, but they still insisted on charging me for a full day. Overall, not a comfortable or customer-friendly experience. Even if you don’t find any other stay, I’d strongly suggest skipping this one—it’s not worth it.

Hello, Please note it is very strict policy that we do not allow visitors inside the room. This information was very cleared while you tried to enter an extra person inside the room. Very room free filter water is provided and if you had any issue with the room you should had informed us we would have changed the room.

Location is fine, Room Maintenance is not good and bathroom floor was leaking with water. Not good for families and it's okay for bachelor's. Interiors are okay for the price range.

Small room couldn't sleep because the light was blinking and i couldn't turn off the light and couldn't control the speed of the fan. No tv and wifi facility as listed in the make my trip page. Mattress was comfortable and check in and staff's are nice.

The hosts and management were extremely rude, they were not cooperative during the stay when we requested for something. They asked us to vacate us in the middle of the night. Even used unparliamentary language to do so. We had an extremely unpleasant stay during our time

Hello Saquib, Note you booked a Double room for 2 adults, but you came to our hotel with 4 adults, 3 children (in which 2 children were above 10 years and 1 child was 2 year. So total of 7 PAX in a room. At the check-in time we told you to take an additional room because 7 persons in 1 room is not possible. We also had informed this to customer care but you were too adamant to adjust 7 persons in 1 room. So the reservation manager charged you for extra room not for your small baby age of 1.5 years which you mentioned in your review. Note all those conversations and visuals are documented so be careful while post such fake reviews.
