Terrible Stay

I recently had the misfortune of staying at Hotel City Plaza and can confidently say it was the worst hotel experience of my life. From check-in to check-out, it was a bad experience . We booked a stay for 2 nights but ended up leaving after just 1 night hours because the conditions were so unbearable. To make the matters worse, We were alloted to a untidy room with no hanger in the washroom.

Great family room, very clean and free drinking water, we lots of enjoyment there. It was our second time booking there. The manager is very helpful and gentlemen.
