The property isn’t managed well, we checked in at 11pm and all the lights were switched off in the whole property, and we checked into a private pool villa which isn’t private and visible to all the surrounding villas, we first checked in into villa 919 and the AC couldn’t be controlled, then again we were shifted to villa 918 where the bath tub was with a old anti skid mat which was very dirty. Staff were cooperative but the property was very unhygienic and dirty
