Z Express Hibiscus

1st of all the check in time was 1pm they made us wait till 2:30 as there was no one to attend us. They said they are taking bath and we should wait. 2nd they gave a room with very bad and strong smell, which made me allergic and I sneezed like anything, the beds were very very dirty. I am never going to book this hibiscus. They don't care about customer.

After my booking confirmation, I was informed that my original room was unavailable and was instead allotted Room No. 7 at Zolo Davinci on 2nd July. The experience was terrible. The wooden furniture had a strong moldy smell, likely due to poor ventilation and the fact that the windows couldn't be opened-mainly because of the dirty surroundings and the risk of insects entering. The bathroom ventilation was also very poor. Even now, my luggage still smells of that mold. I wouldn't recommend staying in that room/ Building .

I had a great stay at Zolo Hibiscus. The place was clean, well-maintained, and had a peaceful environment that made it feel like home. The staff was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything needed. A special mention to Snigdha, the manager — she was incredibly supportive and approachable throughout my stay. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made a big difference and added a personal touch to the experience. Overall, I’m really satisfied with my time here and would definitely recommend Zolo Hibiscus to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Good place to stay, neat and clean the rooms which is connected to main places from here. Overall is good place to stay

Room was nice & clean but the only problem is bed bug and mosquitoes

Found this place close to bus stop and my office. Wanted an early checkin as i had an interview, the manager made it possible and helped me. Recommended.
