*The room was too small *The bed was not too clean...it was dusty under the pillows *Water was coming too slowlyfrom the tap,shower and even after informing the reception *Room's ventilation was also poor

Its a good one for solo , as rooms are so small, for this cost sure they can provide ac and tv, which is not there. Still a good and decent stay for short time. Good neighbor with lots of food options.

Was comfortable though no additional items like water bottle , soap, hangers, TV not operating as such

Best price to stay here. I noticed they are not providing bath soap, shampoo and pillow is a little bit dusty. Simple and fresh room good to stay otherwise.

Room was good tidy, bed bugs were there, no windows not enough ventilation. Other than this it's good for a one night stay

Delco residency is a good hotel to stay, the rooms are clean and the staffs are very co operative and round the clock service is available. The rates are also affordable, there is tea shop just in front of the office of the hotel, so very good quality tea and snacks are available at any time. The location is also very good, just near st. Rooms are dirty. Not maintained. Worst hotel I ever visited. I don’t recommend this. Worst management.

Nice stay and a decent eatery around. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are compact but clean and comfy.

Tv was not in a working conditions, they did-int provided the accessories ans the blankets were not clean. Also they are charging amount for late checkout even if they mentioned late check out is allowed if rooms are available.

The property is located a prime and convenient place, mostly all the interstate buses towards starts from this place and moreover and if you are a south indian, you will get all tipe of south indian food over here in this street all good no amenities in the room. No bath towel, no soap, wardrobe has no doors. , no room service provided the only facility i got was they allowed me to do late check out. Bed is soft and comfortable. Staffs are very friendly, especially in the reception

It is very budget friendly and good hotel located near by madiwala bus stop. Rooms are clean and neat. Room service is available if required. Staff behaviour also good.

I never stay in delco residence why because there is no parking availability and no tv speciality wash room also not good bed also not good so many things is not good
