BTM Galaxy Premium Apartments

When you book and booking confirmation message is sent and map link of the property shows 900 m away from the property. And the picture shown in the website is not similar. No idea what room freshener they use, it smells bad. Bathroom is close to bed and smell is bad. I had to check out early, I wouldn't bare the smell.

we stayed for 2 nights here. Easily accessible via cabs or own transport. The room is clean with amenities which are listed. There were a few small cockroaches in the room but there was not much. Neat toilet and kitchen. There was an intense and weird cigarette smell while checking which needs to be addressed by the caretaker once anyone leaves the apartment. We had to spray a lot of room spray to remove the smell. Not much parking space available for car. But overall this room is affordable and decent for the price. Would definitely recommend to others.

Terrible experience! bed was extremely uncomfortable and continuously creaked even with the slightest roll, extremely annoying. No tissues or basic amenities provided, and the sofa was dirty. We couldn't bear to stay for more than an hour and had to book another airbnb property. Would not recommend. 1/5. We didn't actually stay at the property due to its poor condition, so i don't have any images to share. Thanks for the offer, though!

It is very poor and unsafe in terms of security, unknown people keep ringing the doorbell repeatedly at 12 in the night.

one gas knob didn’t work .. caretaker kept saying he will repair but didn’t … door locks were half broken … tv had no channels … windows don’t close … washroom had water leakage … no cleaning done … after 2 days one maid came but just room cleaning no washroom cleaning … nobody cleared garbage too … pathetic place

•first of all no lobby staying parking lot •no invertor and power cut from 2nd day till the time of check out •washing machine available only in the so called "lobby" as the parking lot mentioned above •wifi was disconnected till the time of check out •no lift as we were at the 5th floor we had to take the entire staircase thought we had a lot luggage •the zone is totally out of network we have to depend upon the wifi only even though the interior and clinliness was fine👌🏻

I was totally satisfied with this home stay. There is high speed internet, comfortable stay, excellent ventilation through out flat, overall a very good stay. Thank you

No food will be provided, but rest of the amenities were great, checkin was at time event-ho the room wasn't available but provided me with a different room, overall great experience

Property is excellent, very hygeine, well maintained. There is powerback up and lift available. Food is not provided, but they have all the utensils and utilities required for cooking including cylinder and gas stove.

Great stay in minimum budget. Great locality. Best amenities with kitchen setup, wifi and ott subscriptions
