SIRA ROOMS

The location of the hotel is accessible to and fro to main spots of Bangalore and it has many restaurants nearby in walkable distance. The rooms and bathroom were clean. Early check-in from 6 am was a bit hefty as they asked 1000rs. The lift was not working once, but they had a room boy to help with your luggage when you had to take stairs.

bathroom door is damaged and heater is not working. behavior is not good. stafs pangchulaty is not acceptable.

Pros: Rooms are Clean. Place is in Centre ( Madiwala). if work in Silkboard, HSR, BTM it's shortdistance. Cons: Very small rooms and hot water need to check while checking in only. No space for Parking.

Poor hygiene, rooms are not up to the mark. Corridor is dumped with wastes and not recommended for family stay.

Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Affordable accommodation near savoury hotel from where most of the buses departs.

I mistakenly had selected the wrong date in the app and the make my trip help line was ready to modify the dates the hotel did not allow and i showed up next day coz i had till 11 and they told me that they had put me in no show i did get my money back nether did i stay in the hotel this is the worst hotel experience i had ever had kindly remove the hotel which can not accept the coupons give by the make my trip team or else ppl will not use the app because of few hotels like this

The stay was really good. The room was kept clean and happy with the hygiene followed there. Wifi could have been much better. Rest everything was good.

While booking it's not showing the timing like when the check in time. Second one is there it's not showing weather i am booking a suite room r a normal room. If by mistakenly v submitted the key they done with check out how come fair that is, saying like i am sry v have been updated in the system v can't do anything. That is wt that day while i return back to hotel due to bus late i went back they said like they have been checked out, i am having till at next day mrng 11 o clock, evn though they didn't consider and provide me room. They left me like that saying that they can't do anything. Do u this that is fair enough

I booked room. It was showing 12 to 12 check out but they told me to vacate at 11. I asked for one more hr they denied. Wifi was not working even mobile networks are unavailable at rooms. No tv was working. Staff was also very rude. It was the worst experience.

The room was very neat comfortable for single person stay. And the hospitality was good. Worth the price

The place is located on main road with all amenities in vicinity. The only drawback is that rooms are not sound proof. Lots of noise from nearby rooms disturbs residents.

This place is really well maintained. Now a days hotels were not maintained well no proper beds, bedspreads and sinking comforters but here first thing i liked about them is clean beds and rooms and then the ambience. This is simple and cute. I have been here last time and choose to come to the same place for the 2nd time to.

The sealed bisleri water that they gave me was literally stinking plastic smell very badly when I opened the seal, I thought may be some problem so I again ordered a new bottle and paid for it, again it smelled very bad even though that was sealed, and I was so curious about that sealed bisleri mineral water I again paid for one more bottle and checked and again I got same plastic stinky inside the sealed bottle, so finally I gave up.
