First thing to note is that this is a clubhouse of embassy society and not a resort so facilities are limited. Temperature controlled Swimming pool is very nice. Food and other services are limited and just decent. Room is nice and has all the required things but club provided Wi-Fi does not work on 3rd floor. There is a kid friendly library with lot of kids books which is nice.

I think I may have expected hotel level service at the club just because of the pricing. But if you’re looking for attentive service and a slightly elevated experience, taper expectations accordingly. I was there to staycation for my birthday. My friend called the property in advance to see if they could organize dessert as a little surprise. Staff response was come to the property and speak to the restaurant. I think this smacks of a lack of customer service. At the restaurant, service was tardy. Food options limited. They advertised happy hour every day of the month. The server said there was no happy hour. In addition, room service made no effort to clear plates. Again, just a lack of care and attention you would expect for the price. In sum, this is mainly a club for the residents in the villaments nearby. The service and amenities will reinforce that through out your stay. The property is well kept, and they have a nice pool and spa, but if you’re looking for a laid back experience with attentive and full range service that you’d expect at a hotel, it’s best you look elsewhere.

Poor Stay

1. No worth for money. 2. while i check in the room was not cleaned and Used tissue paper on table. 3. No buffet breakfast 4. mainly body wash not filled for 2nd day. 5. cafe pocket not filled for 2nd day. This means no matter how many nights stays here, The hotel don't care about that, i have to use the 1 body wash & 1 cafe for 2 days 😨. This was how it is while checking in

A very peaceful stay

This place is a gem. Beautiful property, super luxurious. Very comfortable stay. Hospitality was great, staff was very polite and helpful. Our stay was very peaceful and the cherry on the cake was the food. We loved all the dishes we had here. Even the breakfast was amazing. Overall we had a very satisfactory weekend.
