I think I may have expected hotel level service at the club just because of the pricing. But if youâre looking for attentive service and a slightly elevated experience, taper expectations accordingly. I was there to staycation for my birthday. My friend called the property in advance to see if they could organize dessert as a little surprise. Staff response was come to the property and speak to the restaurant. I think this smacks of a lack of customer service. At the restaurant, service was tardy. Food options limited. They advertised happy hour every day of the month. The server said there was no happy hour. In addition, room service made no effort to clear plates. Again, just a lack of care and attention you would expect for the price. In sum, this is mainly a club for the residents in the villaments nearby. The service and amenities will reinforce that through out your stay. The property is well kept, and they have a nice pool and spa, but if youâre looking for a laid back experience with attentive and full range service that youâd expect at a hotel, itâs best you look elsewhere.
