Property is becoming worse and worse or you pay more for upgrades

I ws given the worst condition room. The hotel needs serious renovation, mattress was soft and lumpy, pillows were lumpy or too hard. Towels have stains, still use small plastic bottles for water. Mosquitos in the coffee shop. Upgrade you are now charging , your basic rooms are not worth the price you're charging. I dont think I will ever come back or recommend it to others. Towels have stains

Check in was smooth even though I was early. I had ordered a biryani from the room service which was just ok. Otherwise the stay was very comfortable. the front desk is very helpful and the location is great.

I found the lobby a little uninviting for a 5 star property. The carpet spread out on the corridors looked unappealing, dirty and old. The room was fine, having most amenities. I booked a balcony room and my view was the backside of another building so the outdoor space served no purpose. The bed was very comfortable and I had a good nights sleep so 5/5 for that. The breakfast spread had variety and the chef at the live counter made a very delicious omelet for me. I enjoyed my meal to the fullest. The check in and check out process was quick, without any hassle. Overall a property which could do better with minor alterations to upgrade itself , since now it appeared to be more of a 3-4 star property.

Not even close to a 3 star hotel

I stayed in daytime room . Upon check-in this lady asked me so many questions . After check in not even a single person showed me my way to the elevator or to my room . The room was very rustic and outdated. I felt it was lacking the charm of being a five-star hotel. The staff needs to be properly trained on how to handle customers. This was my first and probably the last stay at the hotel

The property is centrally located and a big plus is that some of the room types have a balcony. Unlike other matchbox hotels. But this property is badly in need of upgradation. Its a money spinner for sure, wonder what stops the company from soft upgrades. The bathrooms need an overhaul for sure. Completely. Who in the right mind steps into a bathtub for a shower. Its dangerous to step out wet without grab bars also. The fixtures need to be changed as it may never have been changed since they opened the hotel. Staff are friendly and trying to make you comfortable for sure.
