Wonderful Time!
The stay was beautiful ❤️, the breakfast and the view was amazing. The staff were very courteous and friendly. Special mention to Harshitha Natraj, who made my birthday special with a touch of the home feeling. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it.

not a pleasant stay this time
I know the staff was helpless but the experience was not great , lots of power cut ....no proper room service although the occupancy was almost Ntg and breakfast also dint enjoy , everything was Jain , no offence but wasn’t that tasty for the day , deserts were good and chai was good . Not the first time in renaissance so I definitely know the better part of it but this time it was horrible

Warm and cozy
Barring a delay at check in as the team couldn't locate my reservation in their system and a broken knob in the shower cabinet, it was a pleasant stay. I find the hotel cozy and intimate, and the staff are always warm and friendly.

Excellent Stay Experience
My one night stay at the Renaissance Bengaluru Racecourse Road was top notch. I arrived close to 1 PM and even though the check-in time was 3 PM, they accommodated me and allowed an early check-in at no additional cost, and they made absolutely no fuss about it, and I did not even ask for them to accommodate, they checked for the room availability, and gave a room overlooking the race course. The lunch experience was also great. I was part of a group that was dining together and the restaurant management ensures that there were sufficient folks to help serve and attend to us. I did opt for room service and the food was great. one important point was that I was asked if there were any special dietary requests on the room service call. That was a good touch. Room was great, but that was expected. The only suggestion is for there to be a USB port for charging the phone in the rooms as that would help. I've seen this next to the bedside in other hotels.

An average experience after multiple days ofd stay
Property is average for a 5*, The location is not on main road and the race course view is limited, I specifically booked high floor for a perfect city/race course view but it was missing, Alcohol was not covered under the 30% discount i got in the package, Only wine was covered. The hotel was charging multiple times over the MRP. more fun is that they dont allow alcohol bought from outside. Limited options in buffet breakfast and the menu was almost the same all the days. overall an average experience.

Incredible Experience and the First choice of Comfort
Renaissance has been my favourite place to be whenever I'm in BLR. Ranging for excellent hospitality and courteous staff to beautiful and spacious rooms.. what a view each room gives and how comfortable they are.. One of the best food facilities. Lush is a wonderful restaurant and the breakfast here is just next level.. you get everything you can imagine and makes the best start of the day.. All in all, it should be the first preference whenever one plans to stay in Renaissance.

Good Experience
Decent experience, staff was really cordial and helpful. Amenities could have been a little better for the price being charged. Also, rooms with racecourse view don't really face the racecourse directly.

Good Stay
The stay was very good. All experience was good, but only when I needed antiseptic cream, they did not have which is a normal hospitality service and hotels should have medical kits
