Nalapads Hotel Bangalore International

good hotel at Bangalore in my 10 days trip to Bangalore, Mysuru,Hampi, Belur, Coorg and Ooty. I had selected this in a hurry and was not sure about it. But right from check in to check out everything was so nice specially the ever smiling manager who had also arranged complimentary breakfast for all four of us. I would definitely book it again in my future official trip to Bangalore also.

My hostel stay was fantastic! Delicious food, cozy rooms, and a warm atmosphere made our experience truly unforgettable, feeling like a home away from home with wonderful memories created...

Food, amenities and service were good. Fridge was not there in the room even though it was luxury king suite room and when I request the hotel authorities they promptly got me one instantly. Another thing to note here is people who travel overnight and reach bangalore in the wee hours like me does not go well with the 12 PM check in policy of the hotel as either we have to wait for 12 PM or need to pay double the amount of the room for early check in. So this is a bit unhealthy exp i had else everything was pretty good and hotel staffs were all good.

When we reached the hotel, we were amazed by the ambience of the reception area. But, when we entered our "deluxe" room, it was in shambles. The side table broken, smoke smell in the room, windows that won't open, bathtub with stains, and sink in unusable state. Mind this is nalapad, a 3 star hotel. When we went back to the reception, they mention that those are old rooms, and that they have not yet renovated. We checked the renovated ones, and the story was completely different. These rooms were well maintained and pristine. They extorted additional 1500 for giving us these rooms. I would not recommend anyone else to fall into the scam this hotel is running.

Overpriced/no trained staff/no proper breakfast buffet.

Property made wait for almost 3 hours to check in. Property need to have some flexibility in allowing the guest for early check in at times when guests travel overnight by road and reach bangalore during wee hours.

I was in bangalore for a conference at nearby taj. I needed a hotel for 2 nights. This was among-st one of the properties closest to the venue at a distance of less than 1 km and priced within my target budget. It a large property, a bit old, must have seen better days in the past. The deluxe room had two separate beds, a tv which did not work. Room was of good size with ample space to keep luggage and move around. Since i was mostly out, i only had chargeable breakfast in the room twice, the quality of food was good. Though its old place is reasonably well maintained. It's about 1. 5 kms from majestic. Bus stop for airport buses is at walking distance from the place. You can easily travel to majestic in rick or bus in 5-10 minutes from where you can get into metro or a city bus if it works for you.

Hotel is nice but Service is not good🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂

Food is average. Need corrections in food quality. Especially idly/ dosa/ medhuvada is not good. Please take this correction

This is my worst experience to staying in this hotel. Whatever have committed did not found in their hotel. Food quality very poor. Services not good. Hotel manager don't have right to decide on the spot. I am very disappointed about this deal.

Not so good room, room window was not closing properly, window curtens were shabby and not washed for years.

The floors need to be renovated. Furniture needs to change. Tv should be bigger than now which they have. Water bottle to be given 1lt each. Thanks

Room wasnt expected to be what i booked for they say rooms are full not available neither their landline is working neither their water supply its hot water pouring in the washroom

Room is not properly furnished. Only 2 lights in the rooms. Bathroom is not properly designed. It need to renovate all things
