No rack in bathroom for keeping towels, no tea and sugar pouches. Only kettle. Cleanliness needs to be taken up for consistency

This is 3rd time am staying kalyan suits.All the times they are house keeping very well. Neatness and hospitality upto mark.Location also very prime.Highly recommend.

Room service always very very late.Reception staff not punctual.Room cleaning not attended.News paper not served.Only kettle provided in room.Coffee/ tea packs not provided.Hangers not provided in room .

The room was spacious and comfortable, but that's where the positives end. We booked the room through MakeMyTrip at 12am and arrived after 12:30am, but the receptionist made us wait for over half an hour, claiming not to have received the booking confirmation email (which was sent at 12am itself). Things took a turn for the worse when he falsely claimed that our payment was pending, despite us paying the full amount online. He demanded that we pay again and suggested we seek a refund from MakeMyTrip's customer care the next day. To add to the frustration, he didn't even allow us to sit in the reception area's sofa, and when we were confused about what to do, he turned off the lights and asked us to step out, decide, and come back. However, when we called MakeMyTrip's customer care, they instantly took the call, verified our payment, and informed the hotel that we didn't owe any additional amount. The receptionist's behavior was not only unprofessional but also dishonest. To make matters worse, he spoke rudely to the MakeMyTrip customer care representative on the phone. Only after receiving another call did he finally allow us to check-in. Unfortunately, his attitude seemed more like a display of power than genuine customer service. On the room front, we were disappointed to find limited amenities, including no dental kit, no tea/coffee refreshment kit (which we only received after requesting), only one glass for the entire family room, limited hangers, and a rack inside the bathroom. While the bathroom amenities like soap and shampoo were available, the overall experience was disappointing. MakeMyTrip's customer care, on the other hand, was excellent. I would not recommend this hotel based on the reception staff's behavior and lack of basic amenities."
