The hotel is well connected to main attractions, but in a quiet road. Had light dinner at the restaurant which was nice and made as requested. You can opt for the breakfast but I didn't get a chance to try it as I had to leave early in the morning. Service was good, people at the front desk and at the restaurant are nice and responsive. Overall, nice stay, good price, I'd recommend it.

Except location and staff, nothing actually could be considered quality there. We booked Room+Dinner. Low standard and options of food provided in Dinner & breakfast. The hotel has their own famous club next to it, which was buzzing throughout the night till 1:30pm. The only good part was a helpful receptionist, who understood our situation and shifted our room to a far away room from the club. The rooms & bedsheets hygiene/cleanliness were not in a great shape. I think the focus is on the club more than the hotel itself. And I think this hotel runs more on B2B/corporate bookings.

The property location is in an area away from the busy main road which elevates the relaxation mode. The ambience is good. MMT had upgraded us to Crescent Club room but the room we got was disappointing and did not meet our expectations. The floor was long overdue for a coat of polish giving the floor a blistery appearance. The wardrobe was the smallest i have ever seen in a hotel, the sockets could not be used as the moment one plugged in the mobile charger the switch would go off due to the close proximity of the switch and the socket, this made us put off the TV to get our phones charged so no TV when in the room. There was no hair dryer, no shaving mirror(the magnified one) in the bathroom. Only one Couch in the room . The Restuarant Aromas of Asia serves the best Chinese cuisine and is highly recommended. The breakfast is normal and mostly vegetarian, some ham or bacon could have made it better. On a Friday night the room vibrated till past midnight due to the loud music playing in the burrows Restuarant on the ground floor. An early check in request was accommodated for a nominal fee with a complimentary breakfast. While checking out an extension of one hour was granted free of charge. Checking out was also quick. The staff was very friendly, the room service was prompt. Special mention to the staff from Aromas of Asia for making our little daughter comfortable. While we were leaving they came to see us off. If not for the room we would have rated this stay better.

The hotel location is good away from the traffic, room was at best ordinary with only one sitting couch, the bathroom ventilation was not working, the flooring is long overdue for a coat of polish, no hair dryer, no shaving mirror in the bathroom, no iron to iron the clothes, the wardrobe was too small. It definitely didn’t match the expectation of a Crescent Club Room at best described as a normal lodge room. The restuarant Aroma’s of Asia is one of the best when it comes to Chinese cuisine. Breakfast could have been better with some ham or bacon to go with the chicken sausages and vegetarian dishes. On a Friday night the rooms were vibrating past midnight due to the music being played at the Burrows restuarant. Room service was prompt and up to the mark. The staff was friendly and accommodated an early check in with a nominal fee and complimentary breakfast. Checking out was also accommodated as a one hour extension was provided free of charge and the check out process was easy.

The hotel is located in a very upscale area. The website suggests it's 4 star facility. However, it's nowhere close. The rooms are not maintained. The wooden flooring is broken, the washroom basin was broken. Will not recommend to anyone.
