The hotel is centrally located and the reception manager -Mr. Sharan as well as the staff are most polite and considerate to our needs. The double non Ac room was clean and the bed sheets and washroom were spotless and clean. The hot water shower facility was refreshing and is available from early morning 5 am. The 24 hour check-in facility is a blessing for traveller's arriving at odd hours and the room tariff are also very reasonably priced. The delicious hot breakfast starting at 6 am at the Veg restaurant below is also wonderful. The Empire restaurant about 60 metres away serves qualitative non veg meals for those wishing that. Outstation buses stops and the Majestic terminal are also close.

Cleanliness within room is good. For 3 persons booking they provided only double bed and for extra bed they were asking extra. There were no toiletries like soap, shampoo not even handwash. Bathroom tiles were slippery. Water bottles were not available and we need to buy from outside. Overall except cleanliness all poor.

Location is of course good prime Location ie, Majestic in Bangalore.Regarding Facilities, Lift NOT operating from Ground Floor.Lift operating from I st floor only. That too, Lift is very small in volume. Whole Building is very Old. Staff is good & Cooperative. Food is very costly.

We had just checked into the hotel when we were in Bangalore. Staff was so welcoming and the hospitality was top notch. Even though it is the old hotel, the way they have renovated the property is class. AC double bed room that we have booked was very hygine and organized. We have ordered the south indian thali from the restaurant and it was lip smacking. Overall the good experience and I would strongly suggest the place for your next visit…😊

Hotel location is in the centre of the city which is easily accessible to metro and public transport... As though hotel is old but post renovation rooms are clean, neat and hygienic... They have in house south Indian restaurant Priyadarshini... Food is really good

Toilet was broken. Paints from ceiling were falling. Very noisy. The kitchen below make so much noise. Footmat in from of the washroom was so dirty and wet.

I stayed at this hotel recently and was pleasantly surprised. Though it's an older property, it's very well maintained and has clearly undergone thoughtful renovations. The AC rooms are modern, comfortable, and clean. Service was prompt and courteous throughout my stay. The food was also quite good—tasty and satisfying. Overall, a great blend of old-world charm and modern comfort.

First o fall kept in waiting for an half an hour,,Then gave a room not at like what I had booked,Took 300 extra as Early check in that’s too for just 2hours,Toilet is not as mentioned in Preview old Indian type commode,No complimentaries as described while booking ,,TV was not in working Condition overall worst experience with that room
