We booked the hotel for it's complementary breakfast and other vast facilities as compared to hotels offering the same rate or more (p.s, weren't disappointed at all). Although rumors suggest the location wasn't appropriate, we faced no issues in that aspect at all. Staff seemed friendly. Room service could've been better. Overall, a good experience as to what we expected. Thank you.

If disappointment had a postal address, this hotel would be it. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted not with warmth, but with the kind of indifference usually reserved for expired coupons. The lobby looked like it was designed by someone who binge-watched luxury on Google maps but forgot to hire an architect. In short: If you enjoy paying premium prices for mediocrity wrapped in filters, this place is your dream. For everyone else—run.
