I V Sanctum

Sure. I had a disappointing experience with room service during my stay. I ordered food, and after waiting for 45 minutes, i called to check on the status. It turns out, my order had been forgotten. While the staff was apologetic and quick to address the issue, i had to wait an additional 15 minutes before receiving my meal. The delay was frustrating, and the overall service fell short of expectations. For a I V Sanctum that aims to provide a seamless experience, this was a letdown. Hopefully, they can improve their attention to detail and timeliness in the future.

This is the fourth time i'm staying in this I V Sanctum. Their complimentary breakfast is excellent. And the staff service is also good and very quick. Location of the I V Sanctum is excellent you have access to all the malls and metro. The room was impeccably clean. They had provided with all the amenities. Ac was in good condition. And bathroom was very clean. Thank you for the pleasant stay

The I V Sanctum room was a comfortable and well-designed space, ideal for a relaxing stay. The amenities, including the work desk, flat-screen TV added convenience and made the stay enjoyable.The bathroom was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with high-quality toiletries. Overall, it was a pleasant and satisfying experience, perfect for both leisure and work trips.

I recently stayed at I V Sanctum in Bangalore, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room quality was impressive – spacious, modern, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were fresh and clean, which made for a relaxing night's sleep after long days of exploring the city.

The property was centrally located. Very near to all the prime locations. Breakfast was limited. But taste was good. Provides all the basic amenities. Lot of disturbance from other rooms especially in restrooms. The rooms was clean and staff are polite, Quick responses.

As always good location great hospitality my 4th stay from last 14 months awesome food. Always liked the smoothly check in and check out process, courteous staff and proximity to important places makes ivy sanctum a great place to stay

Neat and clean rooms, awesome stay, I V Sanctum staff also very good in behavior, gentle. Near main market, including medicines available nearby I V Sanctums.

On entry time no service boy help to put lakege in the room, receptionist says service boy take for food.

Iv sanctum stay was overall very good. Room was clean and well kept. Tv was sound. Food (breakfast) was excellent. Reception was proactive and quick. I will recommend it to my friends.
