Review Of I V Sanctum

Hotel is spacious and near to transit hub. Food is good. Service is also good. We stayed there for 2 nights and it was value for money.

I recently stayed at I V Sanctum with my family for two days, and our experience was pleasant. We had visited Bangalore for shopping and a short break, and the property was well-suited to our plans. The hotel is located in a convenient and well-connected area, with shopping streets and local food outlets within walking distance. The valet service for parking was very helpful, especially in the busy city. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The in-house dining was good, and the service staff were courteous and prompt. Overall, the stay was comfortable and enjoyable, and I would recommend the property for families visiting Bangalore for leisure or shopping.

When i book 2 rooms but I chose 2adult and 1 child by mistake I edit 2 adult hotel will charge 1000 per head it's hotel is so bad experience with me he can't accept 2adult without charge

Neat and clean rooms, awesome stay, hotel staff also very good in behavior, gentle. Near main market, including medicines available nearby hotels.

The property was centrally located. Very near to all the prime locations. Breakfast was limited. But taste was good. Provides all the basic amenities. Lot of disturbance from other rooms especially in restrooms. The rooms was clean and staff are polite, Quick responses.

Quality of food very good. Quality of room not good, drainage of water from the wash basin was very poor

On entry time no service boy help to put lakege in the room, receptionist says service boy take for food.

This is the fourth time i'm staying in this hotel. Their complimentary breakfast is excellent. And the staff service is also good and very quick. Location of the hotel is excellent you have access to all the malls and metro. The room was impeccably clean. They had provided with all the amenities. Ac was in good condition. And bathroom was very clean. Thank you for the pleasant stay

Sure. I had a disappointing experience with room service during my stay. I ordered food, and after waiting for 45 minutes, i called to check on the status. It turns out, my order had been forgotten. While the staff was apologetic and quick to address the issue, i had to wait an additional 15 minutes before receiving my meal. The delay was frustrating, and the overall service fell short of expectations. For a hotel that aims to provide a seamless experience, this was a letdown. Hopefully, they can improve their attention to detail and timeliness in the future.

As always good location great hospitality my 4th stay from last 14 months awesome food. Always liked the smoothly check in and check out process, courteous staff and proximity to important places makes ivy sanctum a great place to stay

Problem with room service, they don't attend and serve in time. The reception lady is a little arrogant.

The property is well located near to the majestic city railway station. Breakfast buffet is sumptuous. The biggest disadvantage is the room and overall service.
