room size was small and no view outside window. but cleanliness and facilities are good - staff is also really helpful

rooms were like they were advertised well kept all facilities locked parking so that the vehicle is safe friendly staff couple friendly

Location is awesome, just opposite of Ramaiah Medical College.I was attending a workshop in Ramaiah ALC so it was very convenient.I will not hesitate to book this property again in the future if I will be visiting Ramaiah Campus . The room was very clean ,a bit smallish but great for solo traveller and all the facilities like were in place as you would expect in a three star hotel. The staff is very supporting and polite.It was a pleasant experience staying here.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Although the room was a bit smaller than expected, it was thoughtfully designed and didn’t feel cramped at all. Everything was clean and cozy, making it a comfortable retreat. What truly impressed me was the exceptional room service — fast, friendly, and incredibly attentive. The staff made sure every need was met with care. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

I stayed for 4 days, in jr. suit rooms.. there was window but just for air and not for outside view. But overall it was a very good experience, clean rooms good polite hotel staffs, good location.. Recommended

Located just off the 80 feet road. Cleanliness and hygiene are good. Staff and service are good and prompt.

It is a small hotel with entry directly from Road. No outside space. Rooms are okay. Neatness is okay. No restaurant. Complementary breakfast is arranged from outside, but from a good restaurant.

No clarity provided during check-in. Many roles are started to inform while leaving. Charged an extra 500 for an extra one person. And hesitated to give the gst bill for the same. In between i approached to change the room to a big room as an upgrade, but they denied. They are not supportive. Not having complete details. The receptionist is calling his boss and getting information and passing it to me. It's a totally threatening conversation. Kindly take out this hotel from the makemytrip list.

Well the stay was good. The staffs where humble didn't try the foods. But rooms seems too small for a 3 star hotel, nice location and the hosts where so accommodating.

The stay was good, staff were nice, price reasonable. We had water clogging in the bathroom, and as soon as we reported the staff got it fixed. Overall it was a comfortable stay.
