Eagleton - The Golf Resort

This resort is only meant for Mahindra membership people not all. Their attitude and behaviour is horrible for non-Mahindra membership members. Receptionist people were very rude for others and treating Mahindra membership people well. Eventhough, I’ve booked Deluxe room upfront using Makemytrip but there is no provision to turn-on AC inside room. After repetitive follow-ups no one came to room to address this issue. Around midnight 1AM, we can’t manage it further and after big argument, their electrical team member came and opened central AC from rooms roof and took the remote control from inside. Looks like they purposely hidden to make sure we can using. Made tremendous mistake on choosing this resort and that too booking using Makemytrip website. I’ll not recommend this resort unless you are Club Mahindra Membership holder…

The ambiance of the hotel was excellent, creating a truly pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was courteous and cooperative throughout our stay. A special mention to Mr. Kiran at the restaurant, who was exceptionally helpful and ensured we had a wonderful dining experience. His attentive service truly stood out.

Place looks good from the outside but rooms and interiors and sub par for the price they quote and seem a bit depressing. We had booked executive suite , while spacious interiors seemed very poorly maintained with uncomfortable bed , rust on chairs and out of order fridge. The food was good. Resort was green and nearby wonderla and other theme parks which make it a decent pick if you’re okay to pay the extra premium for sub par quality of stay.

It was an excellent stay as property is very calm and peaceful had a very good time and stay.

Location is really good. Good property to relax. It's understaffed and food is bad. Service in restaurant is poor.

While the location is good, but the property is old and not maintained. The staff are lethargic and take own sweet time even to execute small helps.

The stay was good they had upgraded us to junior suite rooms kids really liked the swimming pool indoor games can be improved good service was a bit slow overall experience was good

Buffet arrangement was pathetic. No food refill was done from time to time. Rooms were not properly maintained, from toilet seat to shower everything was malfunctioning. Would never recommend this property.

The golf course and the property no doubt exceptional. But the resort needs an overhaul. Bathrooms, doors, locks, ac are serious need or replacement. On the food front, while the taste was good, the time it takes to serve is quite bad. And quite a number of times a lot of items on the menu were not available due one reason or the other

Resort got nice property, gold course. But management and staff are trained to give you poor experience. Room is preety much like cheap student lodge. Food is average but price is double than five star hotel. Over all don't go there as long as resort is not sold to other organisations, probably they will change things there.

Resort is amazing to stay, very peaceful and calm. Every room have a good overlooking golf course view at the balconey. Food is amazing, won't feel that you are away from home food. Maintenance needs improvement, you may find some lighting and furniture broken here and there and some defined timelines for golf course walk is missing. You may end up being stopped by the security when you head for a walk.

The property is big and well maintained. The staff is friendly and approachable. The rooms are clean, but the bedding looked old and uncomfortable.

Stay, complementary breakfast, hospitality all were very good. This resort along-with golf area is well maintained.

We found the front desk staff to be very efficient and aiming to please. The housekeeping and maintenance staff were also very prompt and responsive. We were very disappointed by the quality of food and the time taken for service at the restaurant.

Air condition not work properly, toilet flush not working properly, bar counter service not good, high brand liquor not available there. Only ambience is good.

While the property shows promise, it lacks proper maintenance, making it fall short of providing value for the money. Despite paying approximately per night for an executive room for three people, one of us had to sleep on a sofa cum bed. The food quality was average, and although the staff were courteous, their professionalism could have been improved. Additionally, while the restaurant had a big screen projector, the speakers were not functional! overall, it was an average stay that did not justify the cost.

Hospitality and service to be improved, maintenance of bath room is not good, water remain on the floor of bath room

Unless you’re a club member please never ever visit this place. Few positives: room ambience and food are satisfactory but not as valuable as per the rates being charged for the same. Staff are not courteous and responsive to the guests who are non club members. Room service is terrible. Restaurant service is pathetic. Concierge is slower than snail. Major chunk of the hotel staff need a crash course in basic courtesy and respect towards the guests(barring the housekeeping staff. No wifi facility in the property. Air conditioning in the room is not customisable to the guest needs. Bathroom is way too crammed. In summary, this property is not for the non club members. Zero respect for the non club members. Zero value for money. Please don’t go by the photos and hype in the hotel.
