The property is quite near to Bangalore. It's superb location makes you feel that you are in some hill station. It is located amidst mountains and greenery. I stayed in a room with jacuzzi and the room was spacious with good Wi-Fi and was well maintained. There are a number of activities to keep you engaged and involved. Food is good and tasty. Room service is fast and courteous. To sum it up, it's worthwhile to spend a couple of days here. Try it, you sure will like it.

Property is beyond exemplary location in midst of mountain view and lush greenery food each and every thing we ordered was fabulous..Rooms are neat and clean, The place also accompanied to offer one day package and buffet breakfast lunch and they can tailor customer's choice pls call the front office to get their package offer... I have already decided to visit again shortly !!

Pool not clean, staff is unfriendly and food is stale. No water in rooms, reception doesn’t take calls until you try 5 times.

At the entrance itself they were very careless for booking done by makemytrip and in booking vouchers it was mentioned room would be with bath tub and jacuzzi and they said it’s a normal room and gave a room in which washroom was very dirty and when we asked to give at least an another room they said no only this room is available very dirty room

The service was good and all people where friendly and very responsive. They served options in breakfast but no live counter and serving prepare omelet or dosa. The quality of food was good however coffee or tea need a significant improvement

Rooms are good, food is avg, washrooms are clean but taps are little stained, shower was not working good, swimming pool water is good, but leaves are their, no signal in mobiles, 10 hrs wifi was not working due to line problem due to rain, because of this missed my important calls, little bit interior , 100 to 200 meters road is sand road... Very difficult to reach during heavy rains.... Over all avg opinion from me.

the worst experience ever. the property is in bad shape, I booked their best room lon the property and yet it was bad. broken furniture , broken AC, no bottled water, it was like a home stay.. not what I paid for..staff didn't have a clue of anything, the food was bad..

The staff was extremely polite, but the food was only average. The restaurant facility is great, and the food is not too expensive. We booked a pool room, but the water was very dirty, and even after we told them, they didn't clean it and didn't help us with this segment. The water in the pool was extremely cold, so check the season before booking a pool room. In the afternoon, the telecom was off, and they did not help us. The service is a little late, but the employees are helpful and polite.

The resort’s theme was captivating, and the staff provided friendly, prompt service. While the complimentary adventure games were limited, the paid experiences offered excellent value. The Jacuzzi was a bit compact, and the room didn’t quite meet expectations. All in all, it’s a decent option for a one‑time stay.

The hotel's design, combined with its top-notch amenities, made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Food was cold , stay was not hygiene 206 room water is completely leaking on the floor,never thought it would be such a worst experience

Property is really good. However it’s not maintained properly. Even the kids playing items are broken or kept in shady areas.

I feel, cost is high compare to what you get thr. Cleanliness can be better and security during night is must. Food was good and staff is friendly Paid but this is costly based on the cleanliness and security measures. When I say security, night time hardly guards are seen, specially towards valley side. Kids fun area not maintained properly. Food was good and staff behaviour was good

Guys!!! Don’t ever think about booking this property.. It’s very outdated and unhygienic especially rooms are horrible and they are charging 11-12K for pool room, nothing in the room is clean and well maintained ..

the stay was amazing. so many activities that you can take part in. rooms were very well maintained, pool was also clean. food was average. overall worth the money

Our stay was very poor.. we are paying around 12k and facilities are too bad.. even snacks are not there for kids.. they providing only chilly baji that kids can’t have..

Rooms/washrooms- bath fittings worn out too much. Seems lack of maintenance. Room walls have moisture and paint chipped off in most of the corners. Jacuzzi was really bad. Too small, fits only 1 person and not well maintained. So had to upgrade to pool room.

Sports Activity and food is good but required lot of maintenance for room majorly damage only or not working like phone ,shower leakage

Food was okayish.. activities are good. Staff is humble. The only thing lacking is maintenance. Rest all fine for a day’s trip.

Had a peaceful stay at the resort. The food was decent, with the non-vegetarian options standing out as particularly good. The rooms were clean, and there’s a good range of activities to enjoy. You can try the zip-line and rain dance, both of which were fun. The pool is clean, with a large area dedicated to kids. Evening cycling is a great way to unwind, and you can also play badminton and volleyball—they have well-maintained courts for both.
