Review & Experience – Unethical Charges & Poor Service
I recently stayed at [Hotel Name] from March 3rd to March 6th, booking, and my experience was extremely disappointing.
When I arrived early, I requested an early check-in, but the hotel staff initially claimed no rooms were available. However, shortly after, they suddenly offered early check-in—only if I paid an additional ₹1,000. This was clearly a scam, as they first denied availability and then used it as an excuse to extract extra money.
The staff was rude and unprofessional, showing no concern for customer satisfaction. Instead of providing a smooth and welcoming check-in process, they focused only on making extra money.
as a booking platform, failed to inform about such hidden charges, and there was no support from their end when the hotel imposed these unfair fees. It’s shocking that a reputed travel platform allows such dishonest practices by hotels listed on their site.
