Sapphire Stay

It was ok for the price, staff and management was good and polite but place really need cleaning, mopping and general maintenance.

Property is good , room n beds are decent, hotel is in market area

Hotel us near to bangalore city but there is no parking no basic toiletries hot water won't come..for all this basic things u need to call reception apart from that room is good for that price but MMT valuestay tag need to be removed.

I found difficulty in reaching the hotel from station hotel is not so much good not bad average go for it

Rooms are not clean, comparire to other hotels in the same location and staffs are not co operative.

Never ever try to book for this hotel ,it will be confirmed by the operator but while you go for check in they will say it's already booked and there will not be any alternative option to stay.

Overall stay were good but I don’t find it perfect in terms of cleanliness. There were stains in bed.

didn't allow early check in despite selecting the option while booking. Was asked to pay an additional 700rs for checking in early and wasnt given receipt for the same. rooms were shabby with plaster fallen on the floor that wasnt cleant. no toiletries provided. rooms didn't match the pictures on website. booked deluxe room which didn't have AC. overall terrible experience

room and toilets is not clean. cockroach there. building outside is fantastic but room and toilets is very poor.

The location is very good specially for people coming from bengal and nearby areas, the market is quite good and transportation also , and about the hotel , the service is great and staffs behaviour is also good .

The room was Clean and good. Room service was Fine. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location so we can find food and rapido available

No house keeping & cleaning at all. No smart T. V. only free channel. Too much noise from outside. Room No. 101

The rooms were not properly maintained. The pillows were very thin and dirty but most horribly the bed sheet had many holes in them and they didn't change it.

Actually the reception staff were e co friendly they were well communicated in hindi and a little bit of english. Overall a decent hotel for a budget

Location is excellent but the property is poorly managed, no room service, no house staff, nothing, the bed steets were dirty and they didn't change them.
