Hotel O Shree AMM Residency

I had paid the amount at the time of booking through your MakeMyTrip app/ channel.But the receptionist or the staff at that time (17/07/2025, arround 9.30 PM), wanted me to pay the extra amount for the Room, and I paid the extra amount. No other hotels in the state demanded me to pay such extra amount before.This is my first experience.I want you to repay the extra amount to me. Thank you.

I booked this hotel through MMT, but on arrival, the night receptionist rudely denied check-in, claiming they couldn’t honor the booking price. The staff was extremely unprofessional—turning off the lights, shutting the door, and asking me to leave at 1:00 AM. I was left stranded outside with no support. Even MMT couldn't reach them as they refused to answer calls. This experience was stressful and unacceptable. The hotel clearly lacks coordination with OTAs and basic hospitality. I strongly advise others to avoid this place due to poor service and rude behavior.

I think cheating with me.I booked this Hotel. When I want to check in at the hotel, the hotel reception manager says there are no rooms available and keeps me for an hour. Later, they talk to customers care and transfer me to another hotel. When I want to check in at another hotel, they charge me Rs. 12,000 for my room. It was Rs. 5,400 when I booked.

Asking for extra payment for the child, which was already paid. power cut. Non minding behaviour from the receptionist.

They have taken extra money to give room. I have the payments receipt also. The manger said that which value has given is not perfect so you have to pay extra money. So it was a horrible experience ever.

Do not book this space if you can't speak kannada. Zero support from makemytrip. Lot of complaints in last 1 year with no change in the way people are treated. Worst place to be. I booked the stay for my driver and he waited for 1. 5 hours in the lobby playing games e fore i intervened to understand the delay. The owner asked us to speak kannada if we wanted a room. Sighted incorrect pricing in mm t when enquired. Mm t offered a refund but hotel should be delis-ted

Make my trip literally cheated me, the hotel owner collected extra amount from me, the prices that are shown in make my trip app is just a trap, i dont want to consider make my trip in future for my bookings.

Very terrible experience. management asking more money even after payment done. Abusive hotel management not well behaving. Paid double money.

I have already paid for the room when i booked it. But they asked more money when we reached there and had to wait for a long time to sort it out. We were tired by the long trip. But they didn't considered our situation. They allowed us to enter only after the extra payment. Overall the room was nice but the experience was terrible.

After payment at hotel manager not allowed to check in. He demand for extra payment. Never go to this type of hotel last point can't change plans.

Fine but bad attitude. Frequent call to consider or care for your customer from hotel side, they should have some knowledge about customers happiness.

Service was not that great, attitude towards customer.
