No food available

I didn’t receive any food here in spite of booking breakfast
I stayed in this hotel yesterday night. On reaching the hotel, the room was dirty and there was smoke smell everywhere. Room was below average. I got tea and small namkeen packet in breakfast and nothing else. In addition to this, they were charging separately for 1 mineral water bottle. They told me that only ro water is complimentary. Overall a very bad experience. I had booked it based on 4. 5 star rating given on the site but this hotel is nowhere near to this rating.
