Poor Staff behaviour, got my breakfast at 11 AM checkout time. Small and dirty room with faulty TV and no bucket in washroom.

poor facilities, gezeer and ac wanot working, no facilities of tea and coffee, untiedy, no towel .... what all amenities mentioned in hotel discription was not provided by hotel....not recommend to others.

Although the check-in time was scheduled for 12:00 PM, I didn’t receive my room until 1:30 PM. Additionally, the staff was quite rude and treated me poorly. No clean rooms, no helpful staff, no telephones working, tv remote was not working, ac remote was not working, they gave us a wet towel to use and paid water bottle, useless wifi.

They haven't not provided breakfast during the complete stay. On asking for the same they said that we don't have kitchen and breakfast needs to be ordered from outside. cleaning problem on towel and bedsheet i noticed that the bedsheets were not clean at all and towels were also not clean. But smooth check-in and check-out, decent behaviour or staff, wifi problem. Good

Stay was good. Nice bed. Nice bathroom. I have nlt taken any service from hotel staff..so cant say...othetwise rooms ac was not working. Although it was in 2nd floor..so it waas cold. Tv was great.

Awesome stay. Staff professional and no problem. Room is good to go and take the response immediate.

To be frank, I have faced difficulty in finding the location, as their is no name "super collection of nirman vihar" written on any building, if it is done, then it would have been more easy ro figure out the spot, else the stay is perfect for a single traveller, friendly staff, cleanliness maintained everything good..

I had booked a room here. On the day of arrival, when I contacted them to inform them that I would be checking in late, first they picked & told will check availability even though I had prebooked. Later they told will call you on availability after 15 mins. But after 15 mins also since they didn't called back me, so I only called them, but they didn't picked my phone & didn't responded to what's app message also after reading it. Communication problem with hotel reception. Bedsheets where very dirty. Room space also small. No commode water gun in the toilet. Very bad experience. They didn't give toiletries either. Better to avoid this hotel.

It was a scam. This hotel does not exist. The google location as given by you doesn't exist. The phone number provided is out of service. I was duped of rs. 2200 by make my trip
