IIDL Suites

Slightly old interiors but a very good property. The suite room I was given was very big and had all the amenities of an apartment.

The stay was good,the staff is good, location is good if you have work this side of the city. Going towards new Delhi from here is time consuming. The rooms were nice size and clean. Check in was a breaze. Overall a nice and peaceful stay.

The dinner was not that good, but the breakfast was great. The room was clean and nice, so overall I’d say the stay was good. I’d rate the dinner as average, but the breakfast was excellent — and the whole hotel was excellent. Thank you.

We stayed for one night in 2 bedroom apartment, property needs urgent renovation, bathroom fittings are old , everything looks dated, front desk person was not welcoming at all, very less staff in housekeeping and restaurant at buffet breakfast

It was horrible, dust full rooms, broken toilets, dirty kettles, careless receptions. Very very high expensive.

The hotel was good, but it is definitely not a five star hotel. Feels more like a 4 star. Location wise it is great to visit places in Delhi. Quote close to the railway station too. The rooms have aged a bit and cleaning levels are not necessarily that good. The Kitchen and equipment’s in the two bedroom apartment was not in a great shape. Everything had started becoming a bit old. Floors can do with better cleaning. The board room area was very dusty, probably nobody uses the facilities. The food was great, and the cost was reasonable. Staff is very good. Room service was very prompt.

The construction is very old. Food prices are very high and very limited options are available. It takes forever to get the food. Poor room cleanliness and services. There is also constant blinking in the smoke detector, couldn't confirm on camera though.
