The construction is very old. Food prices are very high and very limited options are available. It takes forever to get the food. Poor room cleanliness and services. There is also constant blinking in the smoke detector, couldn't confirm on camera though.

Time to checking at reception was high as asking two IDs to checkin. People at reception were not at all knowledge about hotel prices for extra stay hours for day use room and not coperative . Rest is fine

Need cleaning, rooms were not dirty per se but definitely needs revamping and through cleaning. A simple request of early check in, they couldn’t accommodate. Focus on retaining clients, am not going back for sure.

The location is very good if you are looking for a place in East Delhi. I stayed in studio suite for a week. The room is very spacious, well maintained. The staff is very courteous. The cuisine is excellent. service is very good. Overall an excellent stay
