Every thing was great there. My stay was comfortable.

Excellent Stay
I recently stayed at this charming hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were good and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable offering a comfortable place to relax after a long day. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the delicious breakfast served each morning. The location was peaceful enough for a good night’s rest. Overall, it was a delightful stay.

1) very unpleasant receptionists 2) no towel in the room, had to ask thrice to receive 3) no dental kit, again had to ask twice to receive 4) will give you only 2 half litre water bottles and will charge you extra for more 5) flush doesn’t work well

Excellent Stay
The stay at Udman Hotel was very good. The room was quite well furnished and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Staff was very courteous and friendly. Overall the stay was very good. Excellent !!! Keep it up !!! 👍👍👍

Property is good Parking issues is there, no food available after 10 (also very less delivery options) Reception girl is little rude to the clients.

really not worth
1. AC not working properly in the first room – turning off every 10 minutes. 2. Sleep severely disturbed — room was only changed at 5 AM after repeated complaints. 3. Second room also had problems: • AC wasn’t cooling. • Washroom lock was broken — a basic safety and privacy issue. 4. Car was found dirty/muddy despite no rain — likely due to mishandling by staff or parking conditions.

Terrible Stay
Unhealthy staff at reception, property is not clean, room doors don’t have proper lock, no extra water bottle apart from 2 small bottles, no toiletries in bathroom, unhealthy atmosphere

Poor Stay
There were no Basic amenities in the hotel room like towel hand towel bedsheet par stains the which the hotel people told its permanent and its look good in the picture only real life image is not upto the mark

Average Stay
Room was small although clean, minimum amenities like dental kit etc was need to be demanded. Drinking water provided complementary was not sufficient. Although liquid shampoo, body gel was available but as Indian mindset we always searching for a bathing soap which is not available. Quality of the tea pouch in room was not good.

Google location is not exact , it leads you first to Hotel Oodles, then after asking you reach Hotel Udaman ( Farm House) and then you find the Hotel, the point was raised with the staff and they informed us that we are aware and have not been able to do anything about it. Other things were reasonably value for money.

Food was pathetic, front end service was terrible, i was told during checkout that tissue paper is missing and blame game started playing....
