Review Of HOTEL APPLE INN

Rooms were not ready so check-in was delayed by an hour. The rooms needed maintenance but staff was nice and kindly replaced the tv that wasn’t working. One of the rooms did not have a geyser and there was no proper parking space.

location is not good. It is difficult to locate ib in a narrow loan. Food is good. The staff is very cooperative. Tie up with the tour operator is very bad. Never book any tour with a hotel tour operator. There is no doctor available in case of emergency. I needed a doctor for a medical emergency but in spite of calling the doctor several times, he didn't turn up, then their staff Mr. Kuldeep took me to a local doctor in a rickshaw even though I was not able to walk. Kuldeep is very cooperative and supportive. I will suggest you to go to any other hotel instead of this hotel. The location is very bad. The staff is good. Food is good. Tie up with your operator and the doctor is bad. I will not suggest anyone to go with the hotel tour operator. In the case of an emergency doctor is not available. I went to the local doctor with their staff Mr. kuldeep since I was not well and the doctor didn't turn up in spite of repeated calls.

I called hotel reception before check in and specially request that I need room with window and on top floor that guy told me yes sir we have room no worry Ill give you but when I am at hotel jhe told me that sorry sir that room ac is not working and when I'll check the room is already occupied by other guest and he lie because the guest is foreigner then why I called him and he told me that room is available Ill give you because my wife had suffocation problem she needs window room.

Although the room size was a little smaller than shown in the picture, it was very much clean, with good AC and toilet facilities. The location is center to many areas.

Our stay was very terrible. Hotel staff behaviour is not so good. Dinner is horrible but breakfast is good. Room size is very small. There is no ventilation.

Pros: The staff behaviour are very nice…they respond to everything quickly and they are very helpful…location is good…the food quality and taste is good but owing to the price quantity could have been a little bit more… Cons: Rooms could have been more cleaner…rooms are a bit compact…AC doesnot work properly.

Stayed with my group.. Booked two rooms.. location is good.. Rooms are little congested.. Food price is too high as compare to others in this area.

Economical but accomodation not that good but average

no mini bar available. mineral water not given even though it states in the booking. food is not that good . even though we had requested for early check-in. they did not mention charges when I called post booking but they charged 700 per room and did not give a bill for the amount

The service was good , location was also fine as it was near local transportations , and facilities were all fine

every thing was perfect without lift.staff was veey nice ,room was very nice.it was a great stay.I stayed on 4th floor all was good. ki ldy repair you lift from some days it is not working.bad experience only and only lift

Our stay at this hotel was Average. The hotel was near the NDLS metro station. We changed our room twice because of dampness in walls and also on the floor. Staff behaviour was good. But I would not recommend staying at this hotel

one of the worst hotel i ever stayed. the hotel rooms are smell panmasaala. The second day they gave me another room. which starts leaking when the rain starts.
