Old Property, lift area was unclean, very limited options of breakfast and that was not tasty as well, for lunch and dinner you have to order in room only , no dine in, food is below average

Terrible Stay
Firstly it was so overpriced, and breakfast ??? They have no restaurant. Rooms and lobby are so shabby. Swimming pool ..some rats and cats are running. Yes location is really 👌 otherwise not advisable to stay

Terrible Stay
Property & fooding services are very poor, even no service manager available to resolve the client complaints, rooms are stinky & broken furniture.

Average Stay
Rooms were clean but service was not very good. Room service was slow and they had no soft drinks available at the hotel which was surprising. The lady at the reception was sweet.

Food is just pathetic, please avoid staying here. Only good thing is the location for which they are charging a lot

Comfortable stay with great service
We stayed for one night at Hotel Samrat and had a pleasant experience. The breakfast was tasty and fresh, and the hotel staff were extremely polite and cooperative throughout our stay.

I'm already familiar with hotel samrat, delhi. It's quite a decent place to stay.. with good food and comfy, cosy surroundings but this time when I went there with my family I found out that the food quality and service decreased but no problem I was ok with it. And it's not a very big issue for me

Such a big hotel and no manners at all no basic courtesy how to behave with customer and amenities are good for nothing seriously. Very bad experience.

a comfortable though short stay at renovated Samrat
it was my nth trip to Samrat though very short that is check in around 9.00 in night and check out at 4.00early morning. noted lot of renovation, rooms upgradation and. staff too. At entry itself lot of modified covered portion with glass improving majestic look of huge lobby. Room to renovated specially bathroom which is more comfortable as always. toileteries provided cover all you need. not to mention welcome fruit basket with delicious banana and apple. just stayed for short time so not much to write. Most unique feature was along que of guests at Key Discothique at Odd hours at 4.00am.

Hotel was priti good. Staff is too arrogant, trying to not serve the refreshments mentioned in booking bills Also room service guy tried to look into personally document when he came to serve the food order in room. Food bills are not clear and not agree to make it clear. Trying to mix the bill which they not suppose to do.

Our stay was comfortable and satisfied. Very secured hotel,location,food,amenities&services all are good. Yes,Rishikesh Peninsula hotel situated at the bottom of the hill and opposite to Maa Ganga River beautifully,near Laxman jhuala.Food quality is good.Facility regarding as okay,without lift aged people get some little pain to step up otherwise host Mr.Atul helps the guests, their all needs.The staffs are very polite and helpful.

please improve your bathroom flush...I have told repeatedly to all the staff but they are like ohhh standard room....no need to do..... it's my humble request to All of room no.135 please check it's flush and improve it as soon as possible except all the things are good.the room service people and the reception people are too good...
