the hotel was good but just one issue is that there’s some space issue and roads are extremely narrow

As a Overseas citizenI tjis was my worst pick of gotels in last 10 years.The hotel at time of checkin was superb crowded with 41 tourist family by a tour and travel company. Rooms were average with no clear instructions. Person at reception ( Mr.Ashish) was helpful only in later night shift which made us feel better. Overall rooms not upto expectation and the location is so narrow for a car park . Restaurant too crowded and small to accommodate all guests. Poor show. I would never book through met in future. It was a fake ad of hotel. Worst OCI experience. Rooms not appropriate for foreign residents.

The location of the place is slightly inside the main road but it's easily accessible. Rooms are comfortable with all amenities and the food is very tasty

The hotel staff and management were rude, and even the common courtesy and politeness were lacking. The room was not clean, there were dirty shoe marks on the wall, tea stains on the walls near sockets, dirty towels. I would not choose this hotel again.

First upon arriving I was given a room where there was not even a single window. The phone wasn’t working so I had no idea how I should order anything. It was very frustrating and moreover, the way the employees treatment was horrible.
