Please don't prefer for family stay
Unhygienic and un cleanly rooms and toilets.flushes has no water pressure and dirty bed sheets and walls.non functioning tv.

Initially they allotted room where room service ph was not working bedsheet was torned . And also bedbugs were there. Then they changed my room. Which was ok. Upper safety latch of door was not working. Rest of the things were fine.they should keep bucket and mug in the bathroom

Poor Stay
Ac was not working properly. land line phone was not working. pillow and mattress quality was not good. lock of room damage,even I complaint about it but they denied to change this room. overall experience was not good this time.

Neat and clean room and ambiance is also too good most important the staffs behaviour and foods everything is good and it’s near by airport (terminal 3) I would suggest everyone to stay if u plan to visit Delhi i would really want to stay once again thanks

Hotel staff directly come in a room after knocking for giving anything without permission, giving no 10% discount on beverages , foods , not too clean washroom, and the food prices are very high but quality is not up to the mark

In new check in . Bed is in bad condition. So much hairs on bed sheets they said we will change room , After changing room , there is lizard in washroom, I said I don’t want this room. He said sir aur nhi h . I said change bedsheet. After 20 min he came back with more rooms key and said room change krte lo. Then I said no. In breakfast also , restaurant guys are busy .

Only improvement needed
Hotel staffs are very cooperative and Stay was good. But bedsheet was not good and in food quality "Dal Fry wasn't good". Need to improvement; recheck before when giving your property on rented.

very, very bad
The arrangements in that hotel were so bad that no person can stay there. I booked a hotel and went there to have breakfast. I did not eat breakfast. I ordered food from outside . It was so dirty that I had to walk barefoot. My entire body had turned black and the bedsheet was completely torn. I kept a chair in front, its bedsheet was completely torn. There is no hanger in the room where a person can hang clothes. How can it be so dirty and my money was completely wasted.

Terrible Stay
My experience was very terrible. First of all the I booked the superior room and got a different room. Moreover, I was stuck in the lift as well as in the lift stop halfway and none of the emergency buttons were working.

Terrible Stay
Stay was terrible . There was no towel in the room and 1 was provided after 3 phone calls and when we said that we wanted 2 towels they took another 45 min. . Obviously there was no hand towel even . When we told them of the problems at checkout , they were totally not bothered. The geyser in the room was not working .

Hotel Vertu Food- Didnt try Room- Bedsheets were not clean, The cockroaches had a party in the cupboard. But at least AC was working. Location wasnt too bad. Didnt try any food. Facilities were just average, not too great not very bad

Naam Bade Par Lakshan Chot
location was correct as it was very close to Delhi T3 ...pictures were good as also the ratings ! Room was large with a king sized bed. The bathroom was also a large one ! Reception Checkin was also very smooth with major endorsements by MMT and it's sister firn GoIbibo (3.8/5 rating) . Now for the bad yet critical aspects : 1. The phone in the room was dead with no connectivity. so to order anything , one had to go back to the reception ! I gave up any ideas of ordering food or beverages 2. No water for drinking or making Coffee or Tea. Also cannot tell this to reception as the phone was dead ! 3. The King sized bed was very old and somewhat creaky...and worse , had red coloured Bed Bugs..the blood sucking type ...yikes ! 4. The bed linen was like they have not been washed for months 5. The bathroom was large yet very slow water pressure from the showers plus No Soap at the sink or bath side 6. The TV was old and the main TV remote batteries were dead...one had to be manually On the TV. Overall Poor Quality of TV Not result : I checked out

Rooms in these pictures look good and rooms look big and new. But in reality rooms are small, the wallpaper is coming off the walls. And there is not even a slipper for washroom use.
