good experience
Very good location in the heart of the city , very near to famous mandir in Chatarpur . Actually it is a old property but very well maintained Rooms were clean and hygienic , . Overall good experience.

Excellent Stay
We had planned a surprise birthday celebration for our friend, and I must say, Fairlie Hotels and Resorts truly made it special. A big shoutout to Manager Sachine, who went above and beyond to help us in every possible way — from a complimentary room upgrade to arranging a birthday cake for the birthday boy, everything was handled with such warmth and attention. While the food was decent — could be better — the hospitality, service, and overall behavior of the staff were absolutely commendable. The experience was smooth, pleasant, and definitely value for money at this price point. Thank you to the entire Fairlie team for making our stay memorable. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely consider visiting again!

Good Stay
Had a short but pleasant stay at the fairlie resort. The property was clean, and the overall vibe was peaceful. The room was comfortable for a night, and the included breakfast was decent with a few good options. Great spot for a quick getaway to relax and unwind.

stay was not really good and hotel ambience is so poor and bedsheets were stinking, overall I would rate it below terrible

Poor Stay
This stay at fairlie hotel yesterday was not fair for me at all, bedsheets were stinking there was no dental kit available in washroom, i had to request them two times to get me dental kit, staff was not helpful and they didn't have any rooms for driver who came along. Honestly i would rate it below zero.

Excellent Stay
I wanted to take a moment to share my wonderful experience during my recent stay at Fairlie Hotel. I arrived quite late at night, around 10:30 PM, and requested a simple meal of plain rice and mutton. Despite the restaurant being close to closing, the staff graciously accommodated my request and served the food with utmost care and professionalism. It was a small gesture, but it made a big difference to me after a long day of travel. I truly appreciate the hospitality and commitment to guest satisfaction shown by your team. Kudos to the staff for making my stay such a pleasant one. Looking forward to visiting again.

Terrible Stay
The worst hotel ive ever seen in my life worst service no corporate staff they are seeking in rooms and to late service they are stopping us to click pictures we got scared in staying there we left the place in evening only

Terrible Stay
I didn’t stay at the hotel. Due to medical reasons i had to come back to kolkata. The hotel front desk agreed to redeem the points within 6 months. But now they have disagreed.

familyThere was no hot water till 9:30 am bathroom telephone was not working only 1 telephone in room was working no buffet breakfast actually this property is a marriage palace type resort we are not allowed to see cleanliness in the kitchen only 7 items were in break fast anyway, not a good option

Avoid at all cost
soloRoom smelled of ganja, they overcharged food bill unethically at checkout. Bedsheet had blood stains.
