New Frontier - Front of Old Delhi Railway Station

I had mixed kind of experience which had both pros and cons so starting with Pros- connectivity, helpful staff, location, unpaid early checkin... now cons- drunken people in basement felt very unsafe for especially girls, tons of mosquitoes and cockroaches in room, stained comforters and bedsheets, loads of water on floor due to leaks in ac.. although i am giving 4 star because of helpful and good staff behaviour!!

It was clean room and friendly staff. The outside is little shady but when we enter the hotel area, it’s clean.

First of all Manager is little rude. In bathroom no handwash. The knob of the tap was missing. The fan was making so much noise. I haven't complained it to the hotel manager as when I checked in the hotel I was very tired and I just slept. At mid night i noticed all these things.

I found the property from make my trip,location food amenities are good and service is slow.
