Room is good hotel is also and staffs are good me happy for with my family.

Rooms are very clean, washroom too. Services are very good.

New and beautiful hotel. Comfortable, neat, clean, with good and prompt staff. Location is best for traders who are coming to buy stuff in Chandni Chowk or Khari Baoli.

Services were poor and staff was non challant about all of the requirements made. We made an order of one plate noodles around 9 PM but when it wasn’t delivered to our room we called again around 10:50 and turns out they forgot the order and didn’t prepare any. On second day of the stay when we left around 11 AM in the morning we asked for room service but when we came back at night we found the room as we left it. Nobody did the cleaning and we had to wait outside for half hour when the cleaning was done

Ambience is good for family, go for it. Also if u come for shopping in chandni chowk i must say stay in hotel frontier is good bcoz its near by old delhi railway station and chandni chowk. Thanks must visit.

Absolutely enjoyed staying in this hotel with my friends. The service was so good and the manager was also very sweet, they helped me book an Uber as well. The food was delicious and they were always ready to serve us. They were very patient with us. I hope to go there once again with my friends and family. This hotel is worth every penny. 🥰

Overall a nice stay, to get a stay in Chandni chawk is always a challenge but hotel provides you great location and all the amenities. Reception staff is courteous and always there to help you.

The biggest advantage of this property is its prime location—perfect if you’re catching an early train or want easy access to the bustling streets of Chandni Chowk and nearby markets. The check-in was fairly smooth, and the staff was polite and helpful. Rooms are basic but reasonably clean, and the amenities provided were sufficient for a short stay. The pricing felt affordable considering the central location. That said, being so close to the station and a busy main road, you should expect some noise throughout the day and night. The surrounding area is always crowded, which might feel overwhelming if you’re not used to Old Delhi’s pace. Also, facilities are quite simple—this is more of a budget stopover than a place for a long or luxury stay.

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel frontier .The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Excellent service overall. Highly recommended!
