Room not good room very bad 😞

The room felt claustrophobic as it didn’t had any windows nor it had proper ventilation. Even the bed had lipstick stains on it. The beds were too big for the tiny room. Washroom also didn’t had proper ventilation as i was sweating in just 5 mins of use. Overall the room didn’t feel clean and could be much much better. Totally not satisfied.

I was impressed by all of the staff within the hotel, even when I asked if they could organise hiring a tuxedo for the evening they were able to arrange everything...

It was a great experience. I always stay in this hotel because it is a family hotel and the service is very good. This hotel is very close to New Delhi Railway Station

lovely hotel and there staff was very helpful provide the full air condition rooms, this is the located main bazar hotel, there is the many hotel but hight cost and not safe this is the best accommodation, rooms was clean and big size we are stay the very comfortable nexta time againg going there

budget and prime location located this hotel there is the many hotels but not safe this is the family hotel and provide the budget price and full aircondition rooms there front desk manager will very helpful provide the toor services as per budget price next time again going there we will given the front staff contact. thank you very much for provide the good services

lovely hotel in main market there is the many hotels but high cost and not safe , this is the family hotel and rooms size is large provide good accommodation and the will hold my rooms at late night continue guide the on call thank you for helping

the hotel pics are different from what the app shows..the staff is just for the name..also no food facility.. rooms are pathetic with flickering lights and T.V. is just a show off..the switches were broken..a real terrible stay

Worst hotel to stay in, toilet flush not working, each and every switch board is broken. AC is not working properly.

Staff is good and helpful however the room which I got Ac was not fully working. average room different from pictures.

Do not think to stay here! My stay here is very horrible and bad experience. Also room are stinky and dirty not same what they have shown. pictures they have taken from somewhere else to impress guest like us. You will find great option for staying nearby

I reached at hotel for check in at 3:30 am night even after informing my check in time in advance this spot check inn forces to me to stay in different hotel double R R and told me hotel double R R also belongs to Spot inn, hotel double R R switched off room ac from reception when ever they want

It was a very dirty hotel. The photos shown are completely misleading. The room was filthy, there was no cleanliness or freshness at all. Even the bed and bedsheets were so dirty that I can't even explain. At the very least, they should provide clean towels, but even those were smelly. I have made many bookings before, but I’ve never had such a bad experience. Please remove this hotel so that others like me don’t get trapped.

The hotel offered excellent cleanliness and a delicious breakfast spread. Staff was courteous and attentive“It was a complete package. Everything is fine with service food stay. Located near our factory so much help full to save time”The place was maintained properly. Everything was great. It looked new.”

In the photo showing is very beautiful rooms but reality is very dirty. No c lining rooms dirty towel no roome kit. Don't stay here its very bad experience in my life

Its inside a dirty lane... rooms are average quality but not same as shown in pic... air conditions were not working... blanekt are dirty and when we asked to change they said no alternatives were there or they have no more blankets...

service is good and Hotel Maintenance is not good
