Not a very safe location specially for ladies and women, the staff was not at all friendly or welcoming , they did not seem interested in retaining the customers and wouldn't even do anything despite us asking them to do ex: my mother asked them for tea twice and no one delivered it to our room, eve the next morning before out check out she asked again ,they called and said that they do not have milk so they won't be able to serve tea ( they did serve tea to another room within the same time period) Also the washroom was not clean, the bed sheet was stained and un-washed and the room stinked

Worst room service, we booked 4 rooms, no tap in one of the room, they said they will fix or change the room but they dint. Requested to come n check the television but no one turned up, I request not to consider this place. In short they simply denied to fix or change the room

The location is sketchy. The photo showed in the make my trip app is completely different than the actual hotel. The rooms are so small and it's so very dirty

Hotel is too much inside from main road. Cleanliness not good. You have to order twice for anything .

please don't book this hotel The photos are misleading. This hotel is a very old hotel. Service is the worst. Locks are broken. AC not working. Rooms are not cleaned. I have booked a family suit but they provided a very small dirty room with locks broken. we closed the door and couldn't open it due to faulty locks. I gave them the key and moved out of hotel and asked them to fix the key till we return. But they didn't even touch it when we return. we waited for 1 hour again and they opened it with pliers. And prople say that area is not safe for family, though we did not find it unsafe . We were denied by 3 to 4 cabs since the area is crowded and very narrow streets. Terrible experience.

Excellent stay, delicious food and really helpful staff. The property is well maintained and very near to prime locations of delhi.

Not even checked it , pathetic place , stinking rooms of toilet , dirty bed sheets , worse hotel every booked , no help to resolve anything , had to stand there for help midnight with 2 kids b family , dirty bed sheets , hotel people don’t even ready to change , have videos n photos definitely share on twitter n Facebook make my trip giving the place 4 start rating , cheating there customers , no help this is stealing customers
