It was terrible experience. What they showed is completely different not hygiene at all worst hotel.

Only luggage is safe here..hotel is not worth for staying , no tv,no flush, no hot water when needed.

Condtion of the room was not good. No provision of water heater or geyser. In the room there was only one charging point which was non function. Hotel did not provide any bathroom slipper, towel or soap. There was no waste bin in the room. No tv or wifi. Absolutely opposite of what were supposed to provide according to website.

Very good in terms of manners and safety . There are some worries when we reach delhi... so i was not expected this kind of hospitality. I am satisfied. Good job team vivek

I booked and paid advance one ac luxury room in the vivek hotel, but they provided only a rotten smelled below average room. There is no mug and bucket in the toilet, no towl and soap, tv channels are already expired, there is no mat. Totally disturbed with the stay. One of the worst hotel experience in my life. Feel vomiting when entering into the toilet. Unfortunately i paid advance, so i couldn't do anything. The one staff attitude also very bad. He was in the front desk. I would like to give the rating below one star.

It is a very good budget stay. The staffs are nice and it is just a minutes away from the railway station.

Door knobs were broken for bathroom and main door. The staff were polite.

when I reached the hotel, they told me all the rooms were booked and shifted me to another hotel. I have no other option, and the hotel in which they shifted me was of low standard .

hotel is good for stay for 1-2 days , staff behaviour was polite and smoothly check in process , recommend to go for some days

Everything was good and staffs were cooperative and the product which we required all are in the same area.

Excellent service and room was also net and clean. Staff was very humble and comes in room for help in one call. Reception staff was also too humble

Stayed in the vivek hotel, paharganj as i had gone for my visa interview and the hotel is not very far from the vfs center, new delhi. Staff was very helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there.

Room service was bad, washroom was choking, terrible odure from rooms and bed sheets and non cooperative staff pls don't book and satya in this hotel, i travel frequently and this was the worst experience ever so,

Hotel reception staff is so bad behaviour and room & washroom are not clean and i book hotel room he took to me very bad language hotel ranking in pahargaj d grad very very bad

Property location are good and hotel staff behave so friendly food are good and overall good service
