Unable to sleep in the room because there is no heater and also Tv is not working, washroom is unclean. Amenities not provided as they given water bottle which is chargeable. AC control is not working for changing the temperature, felt vey cold unable to sleep. Bed is unclean and it smells worst. In the rules they mentioned we can order outside but here they didnt allow. Finally worst to core, dont go to this hotel

The room temperature during your stay was within normal winter levels, and while we do not provide heaters, we would have happily assisted you had this been brought to our attention. We also did not receive any complaint about the TV, AC controls, or cleanliness during your stay—our team would have resolved these issues immediately if informed. Regarding outside food, we do allow guests to order from outside, and we apologize if there was any misunderstanding on this part. We take guest comfort seriously and regret that your stay did not meet expectations. Your feedback is valuable, and we will work to ensure a better experience for all our guests.

Property is located 200 meters from the main road and is accessible only on foot. Rooms are tiny and lack any meaningful storage space. Washrooms are surprisingly spacious and have 24 hours running hot water. They were clean, so no complaints there. Staff members were helpful and service was quick. Food options, both in terms of options and taste, were decent. Overall, no complaints. Decent hotel for budget stay. Just 5 min walk from NDLS (without luggage), so serves it's purpose well.

location of hotel is near New Delhi Railway station entry gate no.1. it is situated in Chand wali gali, main bazar , I stayed there on 15 Nov 2025 to 16 Nov 2025. Room was good, washroom was neat and clean. staff is polite and room service is also good. masala tea was very tasty.
