Facility is good. Boys are always at service , felt good. Just food became a problem as there is no ki then ready

The property’s location wasn’t ideal — it was situated deep inside narrow lanes with no parking available. Breakfast was served at another hotel around 700 metres away, which was quite inconvenient. The staff’s behaviour was not very professional, and the Wi-Fi connection was unstable. The only positive aspect was the room itself, which was good. Overall, the cost per room did not match the facilities provided.

The stay was ok, location was not good, service was ok, overall 2.5 out of 5. Not worrh for money...

Nice clean rooms, and washroom, hot water available on request, ambience is good. cons: - they do not have restaurant, breakfast is mentioned in facility but they offer it 500 meters away at other place which is terrible - staff is not friendly and cooperative

Area is not suitable for couple and family

The hotel has all the facilities that a modern hotel should have. Staff is very courteous and caring. The only drawback possibly is it's location. Metro related work was going on close by when we stayed here. Because of this - there was a road closure at night. Vehicles refused to drop us.

Location is excellent as it’s near to a metro station and all markets are closeby. Locality is filthy though. Hotel doesn’t have a Resturant of its own. Services are good, staff is friendly and cordial

I had a good stay overall. The location was convenient, and the food was nice. The staff were helpful and the facilities were decent. However, the bathroom ceiling could use some maintenance—it was slightly not in good condition. Still, a pleasant experience!
