Bad experience
Its far away from railway station Pick and drop service mentioned in the hotel booking but no one available for the same. Rooms are too small

Excellent Stay
The room was clean and tidy. Hot water 24 hrs was an added advantage. Quick checkin and checkout. Staff is friendly and hospital. Breakfast was awesome.. its hardly 10 minutes walk from the station a bit inside from main road, but worth it.

Poor Stay
Well The room is average, can't say that it is bad... Coming to food: The menu in the room shows the price of Non-Veg thali Rs. 250 and Non-Veg Chow: Rs. 130.. But to the utter surprise when we came out for check out, they charged Rs. 350 for the thali and Rs. 180 for the chowmein.. mentioned that the menu was old and was kept by mistake. Smart way to cheat....

Our hotel is located just 4–5 minutes walking distance from the New Delhi Railway Station, in the main bazar area of Paharganj where the lanes are quite narrow and cars cannot reach the property directly. Usually, the cars drop guests at the station, from where it’s a short walk. Our staff had gone to receive you from the railway station, and as a complimentary gesture during checkout, we arranged a rickshaw for you from the main bazar, which took barely a minute to reach the station. Regarding the room size, our Deluxe Rooms are of standard dimensions as clearly mentioned in the hotel description. For guests looking for more space, we also offer Super Deluxe Rooms at a slightly higher category. We always try to provide the best comfort and value according to the selected room type and price. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you again for an even better experience.

My stay at this hotel was average. I felt room can be more hygienic specially bedsheet and blanket. Also location of hotel was deep inside a gully.

Poor Stay
Whatever food we ordered was cold and felt like was not freshly prepared. The tea was cold. The rooms were absolutely not clean considering rupees I paid. There were no news channels on TV, that we wanted to watch. Overall, I was utterly disappointed with this stay.
