it was a very bad experience with the hotel the manager is very rude,the room is very suffocating and the fan is dusty

They didn't allow me to checkin at first and asked me to pay more money. They have no room service. Nothing is available in the room. it is dirty and has no space at all. Very pathetic experience

The stay was extremely terrible. The hotel was dirt and filled with cigarette smell everywhere. The rooms were not as displayed in the app. Rest room design was terrible. A closed transparent window was placed in the restroom which could not be covered. It made us really uncomfortable to use washrooms. Overall, it is a terrible stay

Super small and shabby room. Bedsheets, washroom and what not was not clean at all. Taps and flush were not working properly. On top of it the water bottle given was not sealed but filled locally. Pathetic is the word

Rooms are dirty, bathrooms are terrible. Staffs are non cooperative. They are always asking, not to talk loudly,though we are not talking very loud.I have to go to AIIMS, Newdelhi at 7.30am,In that time gate was closed. I have to change the hotel on 07.03.24 though we have booked and paid it for 2 days (from 06.03.24 to 08.03.24). I feel this is not a hotel at all, may be this is a sort of appartment where rental people are staying. Inspite of all these, I haven't said them anything, just changed the hotels on next day. it is a total harassment for the customers. 🙏

I was given room which was used by staff of hotel. There was no attach washroom. Washroom was common which was being used by the staff of the hotel as well.

Good staff. Affordable price the location is very near to green park metro station. Clean bathroom. And the best thing is 24 hours check in is available

The hostel was very worst in the picture it was different and after seeing directly it was totally different room was very small and sophisticated there is no tv nothing inside the room i suffered more with my kid in the room unable to cancel. I don't take any pic that was very worst i hate to take evn pic

It's too terrible. I didn't expect this. I have booked a classic room, but they didn't give that room to me. And i requested them a lot but they make me frustrated. Finally i called the cops and they came and they solved my problem, also they didn't give a classic room to me.
