Room was not hygienic also, the food that was delivered was not good.

allotted a room no 108 front to door of latrine where the Latin pan is visible to bed .no proper clean of both bathroom and room .no proper respond to request of guest. no soap in bath room.

Had a good stay here. Hotel in near market place so advantageous. Polite staff and good food. Bathrooms were little bit smelly and not up to the mark. No fan inside rooms. No doormats outside bathroom and main door. No towels in one of our rooms. But overall a feelgood stay.

the room is small but too some extent good...but the bathroom amenities such , soap dispenser etc were not functioning. there is no restaurant. food items ordered from outside.. the location is fantastic. only 250 my from karol bagh 🚇

When i booked a room, they allotted a small room where shower was not working properly & even the other things in bathroom was not working either. Despite all these trouble, they change the room which was actually a bigger room which i booked. So first they allotted me a small room & next day they gave me the actual room. Pathetic service. Even for early check in they were asking for 700 rs. Don't go if you arrive early in the morning they ll give you small room by stating our all rooms are still not vacat.

Highlights (1) rooms were dirty. (2) dirty water from tap. (3) we stayed in total 3 rooms. All had cockroaches and insects. (4) there is no kitchen, partner restaurant serve poor quality food. We got poor response when we asked for plates to have swiggy delivered food. They do not have their cutlery. (5) electric cattle provided had stains. Room service was always reluctant to clean it. A few rooms of this hotel are part of holiday home of my employer. I had to book this hotel to avoid frequent shifting. Location is good, but i would never suggest anyone to waste money by booking this hotel.

Located in the market place where a lot of commercial activities are going on. Stay was good and staff very cooperative. It seems cab drivers find it difficult to locate theelhotel. Food also excellent

My stay in this hotel was not satisfactory, the hotel rooms are Very dirty room. Chairs were so dirty that I didn’t even sat on them. Over all very dirty room. Hotel need to get its renovation done. Breakfast they are serving in room which has a very small choice. Not value for money. 😂

The hotel is old, dirty and no clean towels and smelly towels, and room and sheets all are old.

Previously when i have stayed service was good and there were no compromises but this time i felt that its getting worst hot wateris available till 10 am only, ac is not that cooling and there the restaurant is closed so food come from some local dhaba type hotel, very bad

Hotel location is very good specially for shopping. Holel room is not well cleaned & room size are very small. Ac was not working properly or was switched off by hotel team no idea.

I stayed for 1 day with my Family. First they gave a room and within 5 mins they cled me and told that I need to shift to another Room as they got some foreigner clients. They dont have any Food facilities, they order it from outside. The Room Conditions are terrible. I wont suggest anyone who is travelling with Family to stay there.

room was neat and clean . location was very rear to metro station . staff was humble. room size was ok. overall it was nice experience n it was my 2nd stay in this hotel n i will again prefer this hotel for my next stay. 👍

Property is located in the market area. Very crowded place. Narrow road
