never want to visit here again bad behaviour of staff a bad behaviour

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The room was extremely dirty .I hope the management takes cleanliness more seriously in the future.

When i booked this hotel from mmt there clearly mentioned that hotel provide early check in upto 3 hrs before check in time so i was reached hotel at 11 am but hotel manager denied this policy and said there will be extra charge for early check in i said that there is a option for early checkin in my booking so i have to pay extra 439 rs for early check in so why mmt mentioned that there will be a early check in option i want my 439 rs back otherwise i put this reviews on other platforms also and rooms are not up to the mark its a very basic room. Im not satisfied for this stay and i never go to that hotel in the future. When i asked for a breakfast so they said that you will get the breakfast tomorrow i said that we are check out in today evening so our breakfast is also missed.

while reaching hotel the person concerned refused to entertain and they are suggesting to accomodate us in some other hotel. after complaining they provided us dirty rooms. they have no courtesy even to provide a glass of water. they have not provided even towel, soap, glass, mug and bucket. after discussion they only provided one soap, 2 glasses and one mug and bucket which are not so good. we have given keys of the room every day but no cleaning

not want to accomodate in the hotel then we had made complaint and thereafter after getting rooms not even offered a glass of water when provided accomodation no kettle, glasses, soap and towel offered no cleaning of the rooms, no mug and bucket given.

Most pathetic hotel I have ever experienced in my whole business trip experience Unhiginic, cockroaches everywhere, untidy, each and every corner of the room. Untidy clothes, bed, bedsheets.

Untidy, poorly maintained, unkept room. The bedsheet was full of stains and hair strands. Someone's vest was hanging on the bathroom door. No towels were kept in the room . Not worth the price.

Cooperative staff and clean infrastructure, will recommend to my friends also. Will visit again sometime.

great hotel for short stay and food is also very good , I order 2 items both were good and the coffee was yummy

The room was dirty the sheets were dirty even the pillow covers and blanket covers There were cockroaches in room and tables even on my bed I ordered food from their kitchen and to my very shock I found hair in my sandwich and then a dead cockroach in my rice After that I get food poisoning and when we asked them if they have fssai license to commercialize food they said no we don't have it they even don't have towels to provide

I experience very bad services in 1 hour. No cleaning even no water in washrooms after 2-3 times call to reception.

Location was good but the. The room did not look fresh also it smell

Washroom was not clean. Bedsheet was dirty. They have not provided extra bed for third person. They provided substandard room initially. Bad Smell was coming from room. Overall, my stay was pleasant. The staff was friendly, and the overall service and amenities met expectations. However, the air conditioning wasn’t very effective, which made the room a bit uncomfortable at times. Additionally, there were some cleanliness concerns — I noticed a few insects in the room, which was disappointing. Aside from these issues, everything else was good.

it was terrible experience.. the photo shown in make my trip was completed opposite.. the bed sheets were having stains . full room was covered in stains of paint . the ac was not working.. the staff were very poorly coordinating... worst hotel ever booked in MMT
