While the location is decent, the rooms were poorly prepared. Washrooms were far from good. Poorly arranged room, beddings and toiletries were disappointing. Only good thing is the helping nature of people managing this place. May be with some luck, you will like this place.

No service and no facilities

The location was very beautiful and peaceful. But the property didn't provide any facilities and service. The property was too old and the beds were also too old. I will suggest this property to those people who want a peaceful stay but as there are no modern amenities available.

Overpriced but very friendly staff

I do understand that home-stay is different from hotels but still, I had high hopes from petite home-stay as it costs about 4000 bucks. The room was quite clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The cons were that AC had no remote with it as it was an old a. There were no toiletries in toilet except towel and hand-wash. My room was on rooftop and though room was clean and tidy inside, on the outside it was all litter with empty water bottles and other trash. The garden was also not maintained. Overall, I had a good stay. I believe that if a little more care is taken of the property, it would become my first choice to stay at Delhi.
