Facility did not have the mentioned amenities. had mentioned about air purifiers, ironing board and stuff, but in reality, to switch on the TV we had to ask for help multiple times. TV was never switched on. Beds were smelling bad. This facility treats customers very badly. promised a breakfast to which we had to pay some extra money to get it complementary from the stay. Terms mentioned are that the guest can choose 3 out of 4 hot menus, addon to coffee/teas with choice of bread and egg. our understanding was there will be a set up where we can choose our food. But in reality, we were treated badly and were told that one individual will get one dish only and hot beverage. Anything extra should be paid accordingly to their own menu. when clarified mentioned thatcyhe hotel has to provide the promised food. No where it is clearly mentioned about the individual count and the terms would vary. so if you take your kid and stay here may be you will have to take milk for your kid and one dish of your choice for your and your partner. There is clearly a difference in terms between the stay We were treated like after paying extra city tax some our pay per day increased over 1000 coz of complimentary food.

it is a good hotel to stay with family,all the hotel staffs are good and providing good support and service.

Stay was pathetic, I won’t recommend this stay for family as well as for couples.

Leakage in washroom, small room , not close to anything i was shown online

The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable, The check in person was very helpful man.

The hotel charges city tax inr 599 over and above diff taxes, this was nt informed at the time of booking on room rates webpage...also hotel room are old fashioned and the pictures are pretty old when hotel was innougrated or opened. Furniture is old n damaged ....geyser was damaged ......AC was nt working I need to keep the fan on high to get some cold air

Very poor service nd invisible tax I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The service was extremely poor — the staff was unresponsive, unhelpful, and seemed completely uninterested in guest comfort. My requests were either ignored or delayed for hours, and no one seemed to take responsibility for anything. The room was not properly cleaned, and basic amenities were missing. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant or professional stay.

Nice check-in experience at the hotel. the nice man, Mr. Nitesh Kumar cleaned the room and the washroom was very specious and clean, All types of markets are Nearby.

Hotel is located very close to airport. Rooms was very neat and clean with all the amenities. Rooms service was excellent
